Your business information deserves careful handling.
Effective September 7, 2026
This notice explains how The SOP Department handles personal information submitted through this website. It is written for clarity and should be read together with any project-specific confidentiality or service terms you receive.
Information we collect
When you complete the Process Health Check, we may collect your name, email address, team-size range, assessment answers, calculated score, recommended service, marketing preference, and submission date. A future project request may also include company, process, scheduling, and documentation requirements that you choose to provide.
How we use it
- Provide and respond to your assessment or service inquiry.
- Recommend a service based on the scoring rules shown in the assessment.
- Understand common documentation needs and improve the website experience.
- Send occasional SOP tips or service updates only when you select the optional marketing preference.
Automated scoring
The Process Health Check adds the points assigned to your six selected answers. Scores of 15–18 display Healthy Operations, 10–14 display Friction & Leakage, and 6–9 display Critical Dependency. The result is informational and does not produce a legal, financial, employment, or compliance decision.
Storage, access, and retention
Assessment leads are stored in a restricted business workspace. Access is limited to authorized administration. Information that does not become part of an active client relationship is ordinarily retained for up to 12 months, unless you request earlier deletion or a longer period is reasonably required for security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
Your choices
You may decline optional marketing, unsubscribe from future marketing messages, or request access, correction, or deletion of your information. Withdrawing from marketing does not prevent us from responding to a service request you initiated.
